Morrison Park Advisors is an independent investment bank providing financial and strategic advisory services for clients requiring specialized investment banking expertise. At MPA we serve some of Canada's largest corporate and government clients and we also serve many private or earlier stage companies. 

MPA was formed in early 2006 by Dave Santangeli and Brent Walker in response to repeated in-bound calls and e-mails from clients looking for an alternative to established investment banks. Over the next 12 months, MPA's core value proposition become clear: tier one bank capabilities delivered in a more cost effective and hassle-free way.

Since then, MPA's client list and transaction track record has grown steadily, and the roster of MPA professionals has increased with the careful addition of like minded people.

Today MPA's practice ranges from helping small clients with private capital raising needs, to executing M&A assignments in public company situations, and to helping some of Canada's largest and most sophisticated clients with specialized corporate finance advice.

MPA's philosophy and approach to serving clients is based on our desire to create solutions and get results in an efficient, value added manner.  From helping growing companies to navigate capital markets for the first time, to highly technical assignments for major corporations or governments, MPA finds ways to help clients achieve their objectives.

MPA is flexible in designing our assignments and fee arrangements and will customize our engagement terms to best align our interests with those of our clients.  Depending on the situation, we will work on a retainer fee, fixed fee or success fee basis, or a combination thereof.
