Morrison Park Advisors is an independent investment bank providing financial and strategic advisory services for clients requiring specialized investment banking expertise.  At MPA we serve some of Canada’s largest corporate and government clients and we also serve many private or earlier stage companies.  

We focus on assisting clients that are undergoing significant strategic events such as equity or debt capital raising, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings.  We have also been engaged to provide products or services in a number of special situations such as formal valuations, fairness opinions, negotiations, special committees of Boards of Directors, initial credit ratings, expert testimony, policy development and market analysis.

MPA has completed mandates for clients in a wide variety of industries and sectors and has deep expertise in the following areas: power, energy, pipelines, utilities, public infrastructure, communications, media, technology and not for profits.

MPA does not provide equity research, sales and trading, asset management or lending services.  We believe this ensures the independence and objectivity of what we do.

MPA is flexible in designing our assignments and fee arrangements and will customize our engagement terms to best align our interests with those of our clients.  Depending on the situation, we will work on a retainer fee, fixed fee or success fee basis, or a combination thereof.
