Kenneth Skinner is a Managing Director at MPA. Prior to joining MPA in 2007, Ken spent six years in investment banking at Scotia Capital. As a member of the Power and Infrastructure Investment Banking Group, Ken was involved in a number of successful transactions including public and private offerings of equity and debt, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Prior to joining Scotia Capital Ken gained experience in investment banking, business development and property management.
Ken has a B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University and received his M.B.A. from McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business and he is a CFA Charterholder.
