Superior Energy Management provides fixed-price natural gas supply services to customers in British Columbia, Quebec and Ontario, and fixed price electricity supply services to customers in Ontario. SEM is a division of Superior Plus Income Fund which trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Morrison Park Advisors was engaged as financial advisor to assist SEM to negotiate, structure and arrange strategic supply and credit relationships in order to support the significant growth of its business. These negotiations were successfully concluded when SEM announced that it had entered into a long term electricity supply agreement with Bruce Power L.P. and a long term gas supply agreement with Constellation Energy.
